The CRV Group is excited to announce that we will be continuing our investment in the local community by re-locating our headquarters to the Historic Lebanon Public Square. The new address is 111 East Main Street, Lebanon, TN 37087. We have long been proponents of the square and are finally able to put our money where our mouth is and join in on the fun. We are excited to become a bigger part if the local economy.

In 2016 the members of Donnell Appraisal Services, Commercial Division were pleased to announce a new company name, CRV Group, Inc. Our continued focus will be on commercial real estate valuation and consulting services as well as other aspects of the industry to include: eminent domain, tax appeals, estate valuations, market studies and other services that we have routinely performed since 2004.
CRV Group, Inc. is a new entity formed through a mutual decision between the partners of Donnell Appraisal Services. The decision was made that the timing is right for the opportunity to form a new company. Donnell Appraisal Services will continue to provide the same level of professional quality and service that has been inherent in this company since it was founded in 1997 by Millard F. Donnell.
