Construction is underway on the project, with the permit, valued at more than $14.3 million, to allow for construction of a 357-space, 94,880-square-foot parking garage. This follows a permit, valued at $2.25 million, having been issued early this year and to allow for foundation work.
Lindsey's Corner will offer a three-story building featuring two floors of general office over one level of retail that will front Charlotte. A four-story medical office building will be positioned to the north and face 42nd Avenue North.
The 1.41-acre West Nashville site, with an address of 4110 Charlotte Ave., was once home to Ed Lindsey Industries for the Blind. The owner/developer of the site is an LLC affiliated with Mt. Juliet-based Agilitas Property Development. Nashville-based Hayden Architecture and Interiors is handling design, with Mt. Juliet-based Fortis Constructors serving as general contractor.
