Juan Medina, originally from Bogotá, Colombia, joined The CRV Group in August 2024. He is looking forward to starting the process of obtaining his Registered Trainee certificate, with plans to pursue his Certified General license in Tennessee. Juan is eager to expand his knowledge in commercial real estate, focusing on large-acreage rural properties, multi-tenant retail centers, subdivision developments, and industrial properties.

After graduating high school in Colombia 2018, Juan moved to the United States on a tennis scholarship and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Pikeville in 2022. He then completed his Master’s in Business Administration at Cumberland University in May 2024 where he also worked as a graduate assistant for the men’s tennis team. Since joining The CRV Group, Juan has played a key role in conducting property research, analyzing market trends, preparing reports, and streamlining the company's database systems.  Juan is also fluent in Spanish.

Outside of his professional life, Juan is an avid pickleball player and enjoys running to stay active and challenge himself physically. He also loves gatherings where he can show off his grilling skills, creating memorable experiences with friends. Whether it's through sports or social events, Juan values staying connected with his friends and maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle.
