Mark A. Conner is the Vice President and CFO of CRV Group, Inc. Mark has been in the appraisal business since 1998. He received his Certified General Appraiser license in 2006 and is currently working towards the MAI Designation.

In Mark’s 20+ years of experience in the appraisal business, he has performed a variety of both residential and commercial appraisals for lending institutions and municipalities. His current focus is commercial valuation for condemnation proceedings, litigation support and estate planning and tax planning. Mark also has special interest and valuation knowledge of complex properties to include golf courses, hotels, assisted living facilities, multifamily, large acreage land and other specialty properties. Additionally, he has testified in various Chancery Courts and Circuit Courts as an expert witness on behalf of private property owners and the State of Tennessee Attorney General Office

Mark has a passion for working with people and has the ability to understand complex problems and form tailored solutions for each client.

Mark resides in Lebanon, TN with his wife Holly and has a son, Hunter who is in the Real Estate profession in Bowling Green Kentucky. Marks spends his free time fly fishing across the country, working on his cabin in Kentucky and playing with his granddaughter.
