Gerron Scissum is an associate with the CRV Group Inc. He began his appraisal journey during the summer of 2021. He earned his Registered Trainee certificate in Spring of 2022 and he is actively pursuing his Certified General license in the state of Tennessee. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute.

Gerron has experience with a variety of property types such as single-tenant, multi-tenant, industrial, hospitality and right-of-way to name a few. Gerron is currently expanding his expertise in each property type to develop a wealth of knowledge of real estate valuation to carry throughout his career. He has an active interest in income producing properties.

Gerron was born and raised in Huntsville, Alabama. After graduating from Lee High School in 2015. Gerron played high level collegiate basketball for five years, with his career beginning at Virginia Commonwealth University. He graduated from Alabama Agricultural & Mechanical University with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management in 2020.

Gerron is engaged in research, data analysis and input, as well as client interaction. He loves learning the many nuances of the appraisal profession. Gerron is an Alabama football fan and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
