Eastwood Village

Eastwood Village is a pedestrian focused development in the heart of East Nashville where extensive green space surrounds some of Nashville’s oldest structures. The restoration of these century old structures serves as a critical link to our past. When united with an intentionally restrained contemporary design we hope that Eastwood Village will also be a transit to our future.
The historic Hobson Chapel was founded in 1851. Today the campus totals more than 3 acres. The original chapel is among the oldest surviving structures in all of Nashville. The Greek revival sanctuary was constructed in 1924 and includes many one-of-a-kind historic elements within 18,000 square feet.
